How do your feet feel?
It's been a while since I've given a hot tip for your feet - and I know some of you out there love little tips and tricks on how to look after your body. So here are some of my favourites for your feet.
I've said it before, but your footwear can really make a difference. In saying that though, walking barefoot when you can is actually really good for your feet, especially out in the garden or on the beach! If you have hard floors at home and something going on with your feet, wearing supportive shoes is also helpful.
But here are a couple of exercises for you, so you can test yourself out!
👉 Can you:
Barefoot, splay your toes out with a nice gap between each toe? Start with 10 times on each foot. I bet there's some of you out there who can't do this yet - keep working at it!
Stand up on your tippy toes and then slowly lower your heels back to the ground? You guessed it - do it 10 times!
Can you stand up on your tippy toes, but only on ONE foot? And lower back to the ground, 10 times? Then try the other foot.
If you find these moves tricky, keep working at them a couple of times each week.
